I only know him from probate court, where he moved in Jan., 2016. He's rude, overbearing and dismissive of attorneys, although slightly better with litigants. Admits he doesn't know anything about probate and that he doesn't care to learn. Has made some of the more bizarre calls I have ever seen. Seems to have trouble with reading comprehension, also. I shudder to think how he must have been in criminal court.
