This judge was awful the few times I appeared in front of him. No idea how any lawyer could give him a favorable review. He’s been sanctioned for his conduct on the bench which is not surprising- the guy thinks he is a king on his throne.

This "judge" is absolutely unstable and should be committed. He held up the file in my case, above his head, and told me "this whole file tells me that you are an alcoholic". He also had his mind made up before my appearance. He kept saying, "uh huh, anything else, anything else". Just itching to tell me the decision he had come to well before I appeared before him.

I am very critical of judges, generally speaking, but Judge Waggoner is very rare for his even-handed judicial temperament and his careful study of the law (something that I can't say about the other hacks on the bench up there). Judge Waggoner is fair to both sides, and you can't depend on any favoritism from him. He is truly "Solomon on the Bench" -- although he would never order the parties to cut a baby in half. Judge Waggoner is a good judge and a good person.

This "judge" is 51/50. He is unstable, biased, rude, extremely volatile, angry, and lacks the proper temperament for the position that he holds.
