Why does it take this judge over 1 year to get to a prelim. hearing? He is wasting the county's money every time he ok's another continuance. There is no reason for any case to take over a year in court. This judge is lazy and does not do his job in a timely manner. He has and is costing our county thousands of dollars because he can't seem to get his job done. Is he just lazy? Or is there some kind of kick back deals going on?
