Dear Other,

I notice you don’t say whether you got your kids back. The court doesn’t just magically and suddenly see that you’ve improved your life. The stigma of being an alcoholic parent will stay with you the rest of your life, and I predict the judge will absolutely be biased against you. Toxic positivity won’t sway the judge to give your kids back.it just hurts parents who have been lied about by abusive attorneys and wronged by this judge. Don’t discount people’s stories or gaslight their experiences. Legal abuse is more common than one might think.

I had him back in 2020 after a DV/custody hearing. I was the defendant. I'm female and lost custody of my children because I was a drunk fool back than. This judge along with Judge Short took the information of me at face value. Heck yes, I was upset at the judgement, but years later I can say he did his job. If it wasn't for that judgement and accepting my faults,seeking help I'd still be resentful drunk and not be the mother my kids deserve. Again, he did his job and took the information at hand. I didn't lose custody of my kids because he's "biased". I lost them (for the time being) because I messed up. Fix yourself, not just you're children, but for you. You are their number one example.

Nothing to opine on this judge, but offensive posts, are just like the improper MO, of creepy family attorney troll, who is in bed with a judge and judge/attorney cabal, posts all over this site, for self-serving agenda, and with false flag, offensive, racist posts, along with other creepy out-right direct and criminal conduct postings,
Smollett-esque false flag posts, offensive behavior and in the family attorney troll's posts on various judges, to distract from postings on judges that that the attorney troll is in bed with, while also engages in outright stalking, abusive making outrageous, threats against a litigant who speaks truth to power, and idiot family attorney troll brags that their judge-attorney cabal is "protected and can do whatever", while these criminals and thugs are dangerous and need to be in a BHU and then in a padded prison cell.

There is a reason he is at the bottom of the list of California Judges. Unprofessional, misogynist, will insult you in front of your client, disrespectful. The four times I was there I noticed there were no female attorneys. I did check his status because he was so rude at the first hearing. It was too late to file an affidavit because my client did not hire a lawyer until after a year. You've been warned! ZERO STARS FOR THIS JUDGE!

Judge Rosen held a hearing with opposing counsel and my client while I was in the hallway. The room was full. It turned out that he told my client that it wasn't necessary to get me and believed the other side that everything had been settled. Not true. What judge holds hearings without both sides present? Then pandemic hit and we ended up having to go back a year later to deal with the same issues that should've been heard.

Judge Rosen is very unprofessional and biased. He does not put children's best interest first. He ignores the facts and evidence. He's bias against women. Even if you have proof showing that opposing party is the abusive one, Rosen doesn't care because his court room "isn't equipped for videos unless it's requested months in advance."

He's very biased towards woman and refuses to listen to any and all evidence. Doesn't care that children are being abused and stated himself "I don't care if the videos of the child stating she's being abused are true. I don't care." What kind of evil individuals do they allow in Chatsworth?

Honorable Judge Rosen is a great family law Judge. Through declarations our office has been able to get our valuable points across to him clearly; however, he does not like tangents or ranting about nonsense as Chatsworth is a busy Court. He is very stern but fair. I prepare documents and sit listen in on his hearings, and he is clear and direct.

Biased judge. Bias may be against women or against victims of abuse. He is lazy. He does not read the documents filed with the court. He is not equipped to be a family court judge.
