Judge Mark S. Arnold who presides over Dept. 115 of the Los Angeles Court - Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center, chose to detain an incontrovertibly innocent individual, simply due to him being a racist, partial, biased, prejudice, unlawful, unprofessional, pathetic judge [redacted by Ed.] He wanted the person to lose their job and they’re him. Solely because they were black and wanted to see the persons livelihood completely destroyed. It didn’t work. This man is effectively the Yosemite Sam of the Los Angeles County Justice System and he boasts with pride in being so. If you are a person of color. And find your case being seen in his courtroom (Dept. 115). Then I wholeheartedly IMPLORE both yourself as well as your attorney to paper this [redacted by Ed.] Judge asap and request an immediate recusal. [redacted by Ed.] His racial bias has been recently reported to the California Commission on Judicial Performance. He is officially on notice. I suggest anyone and everyone to do the same.

Much too temperamental to be a fair and impartial judge in a bench trial. Knee-jerk rulings without careful thought. Don't waive jury in this courtroom.

Judge Mark Arnold may very well have saved my life, by following the law, and his judicial experience when he dismissed my case. My prosecution was done out of political bias, and Judge Arnold put a stop to it, even though it was not politically correct. God bless him.

Pay attention to this supervising judge who backs up commissioners who break the law. Commissioner Brad Fox is an active member of the BAR. He refuses to acknowledge that he must receive stipulations for parties before proceeding. Over objections and time waivers, he ordered me back to court on a day that is not convenient for me as I am not a California resident. He would not produce a charging instrument or a valid complaint. He entered a plea on my behalf without explaining the nature and the cause. He did not read any rights nor did he explain my options. Judge Arnold allows Commissioner Fox to violate California Constitution Article VI Section 9 which does not allow for a judge to be an active member of the BAR while sitting on the bench. Judge Arnold allowed former Commissioner Steven Berman to go his entire career at Torrance as an active member of the BAR. All of these men believe that there is no requirement of a stipulation, from parties litigant, for a commissioner who is an active member of the BAR to act as judge.
