Comments:
Judge Gomez was in traffic court prior to civil. He appears to have been appointed so to help in the Grand theft of homes committed by creditors who can not prove they have proper assignment. Plan to have your due process rights violated time and time again and be prepared to hear, "I don't have authority" when you ask him to uphold the law but will gladly aid his people known as the Creditors. Be prepared to lose every step of the way if you are a homeowner in an unlawful detainer, again, if there is someone claiming to be the creditor, you lose. More and more people are understanding that the lower courts are set up to frustrate litigants against the creditors and Judges are simply debt collectors. Many are preparing our cases with the intention of appealing the case. Judge Gomez rules on cases without regard to facts and as more and more people fight we will have his judgments reversed after appealing his ruling, which will then show his incompetence.
