Highly intelligent and very diligent, will read through a daunting stack of papers and focus on the key issues. Has a very keen mind and a good temperament. Count yourself lucky if you draw him as your judge, and especially lucky if you have a complicated, intellectually challenging case. He has the brains to understand and analyze the issues and the applicable law.

I have tried three cases in front of him and several law and motion matters. I did not like the outcome of every ruling, but they were all fundamentally fair and legally sound. He has patience, reads everything and has a good judicial temperament. Overall I would say he is fair.
