Judge Samantha Jessner's mother, Patricia Philips is a powerful player in Los Angeles legal circles. So is Samantha's husband, Gregory Jessner. Therefore, she has no fear of accountability. She has no moral compass whatsoever so that won't serve to deter her. Her whole purpose rests on who can advance her ambitions. She has no interest in law or due process. She has no compunction about sending innocent and sane people to mental asylums for the criminally insane. In other words: A sociopath.

She has involved herself in the rackets involving Martin Singer Esq and his employees, the LAPD's Threat Management Unit.
Though an investigation has been hinted at, I have no conclusive proof that it has taken place. Or, if anyone in L.A really will conduct a genuine investigation, considering the rampant corruption, and the environment of fear.

Knowing this judge, I advise all who have been victimized by her to continue to send complaints, and to continue to publicly denounce her. It has an effect, believe me.

To those who posted her, please contact me at alisaspitzberg@gmail.com. Judge Samantha Jessner clearly poses a great threat to society. I wonder if fellow "Poly Parents," would tolerate the fact that this woman is pure evil and will abuse her power in such ways. I am committed to see that she and Karla Kerlin and Judge Maria Stratton are exposed and unable to make such dangerous rulings. Please google "Melissa Balin" for some idea of what this beast, Samantha Jessner, is getting away with.

She really is what these people are saying about her. I went in to get my gun rights back after the LAPD put me on a 5150 for 2 hours and then let me go because they realized it was absurd.

The DA in the mental health dept (50 I think?) agreed to "Submit" to my request and recommended the court give me back my rights.

She STILL denied me. When I told her politely she had no justification to do so, she said "I'm in charge". I then told her "I'll be contacting the Judicial Affairs Committee, your honor". She then RETRACTED her verdict and RECUSED herself.

The judge in the courtroom right next door immediately agreed to my request and I had my rights back in 5 MINUTES.

She is truly a very, very scary woman considering there are thousands of "her" probably nationwide ruining people's lives. I really feel bad for mentally ill people who have to deal with this woman. God bless you.

I was reopresented by a 'stand-in' for the lawyer who did walk in just as the announcement was made. Yes, no trials in S-95 court and no appeals allowed in L.A. County (not even allowed to address the judge to tell her the Drs. would have had to have lied because I refused to talk to them (case law states that takes the case back out of S95 court and forces the criminal trial). Everyone plays along like there is nothing they can do about it (always someone else's job). This judge Samantha Jessner needs to be where she kept me for five months before the charge was dropped and to repay me for all the property and time I lost. I see from previous posts here that someone in power already knew and therefore they should be taken off any responsible positions as well.

EXTREMELY rude to petitioners and has no respect for the law or even HER courtroom employees. Might as well jump to the State appeals court if you are within a 10-foot pool radius of this nut.
