Robing Room gives this grossly incompetent judge a 5.1 average for attorneys but the comments show 1.3 rating and no rating from attorneys. How does 1.3 become a 5.1?

Why should Judge Lippit waste her time reading the papers which lawyers submit? She has no intention of following the law or paying any attention to the facts. She appears to have one criterion -- whatever is best for her.

She does not read the submitted papers, at all. I watched her decline to rule as to objections to evidence referenced in a MSJ Separate Statement because "it was too much to read." I have myself experienced her ignoring, or sneering at, statutorily mandated requirements. In 30 years I've seen worse, but I've not seen any judges lazier than her. I will paper this abominable woman every time from now on.

Comment #: CA3226
This judge heard my case, which I presented myself as a "civilian", in which I pointed out that a surgeon (Dr Mudjianto Chandra) operated on me without first explaining that he did not accept my insurance. I was fully insured at the time through Blue Shield and this foreigner only accepted Blue Cross. After spending $11,000+ annually for my coverage, the surgeon presented me with a $5,100 bill, which I asked him to compromise, with no success. His lawyer brought an office witness who swore under oath that she offerred me a 20% discount. When I offerred to show her the doctor's statements, all of which indicated no discount at all, she declined. In spite of all evidence supporting my position, Judge Lippitt gave the surgeon's collection agency everything they requested - initial sum, interest, attorney's fees, costs, etc. She is a horrible judge, devoid of heart and powers of reason.
