Her performance is horrible.I seen this judge forget to declare a black mans criminal trial a mistrial after it was proven that the peoples witness made a false 911 call and a false statements to the police in violations of California penal codes 148.3 and California Penal codes 148.5.

I seen this dumb judge forget to declare a black mans criminal trial a mistrial after it was proven the people's witness made a false statement to the police and a false 911 call. The people's witness was guilty of California penal codes 148.3 and California penal code148.5.She missed class when her law school teacher in Sacramento California taught when to declare a criminal trial a mistrial.

Incredibly sharp and intuitive. Completely new outlook per case, never sides until she hears the facts from the account of the witnesses brought in. Extremely justice oriented in the true sense of the word. Impeccable. The best.

Are the people's witness proved me innocent she put a false criminal charge on my department of Justice criminal record dealing with a crime that had nothing to do with the case. The people's witness was guilty of California penal codes 148.3 and California penal codes 148.5.The people's witness made a false 911 call and a false statement to the police and I was prosecuted because I'm gave advance notice of my intentions to file a lawsuit dealing with the people's witness that called me a bigger and the police officer that was treating me like that word. Judge Sloan put on my criminal record that I resisted arrest. That was a lie. She can't be trusted.

I saw a criminal trial in Judge Robin Miller-Sloan's courtroom where a black man was proven innocent by an Hispanic man when she worked as a judge in West Covina, and that dummy did not follow the law by declaring the criminal trial a mistrial when it was discovered by the Hispanic people's witness that the black man did not commit a crime. She screamed at the Hispanic people's witness that made a false 911 call and a false statement to the police, and then did not declare the case a mistrial, and she charged the black man with a crime that had nothing to do with the case and ordered the black man to pay a victim's compensation when the actual victim was the black man.

In my opinion, this judge is what a bench officer should be. She is extremely knowledgeable about the law. In instances when she is not clear on a particular issue, she researches it. She is even-handed in trial, allowing both sides to put on their version of the case.
