A horrible judge! Totally disregards evidence and does whatever the guardian and her liar...oh I mean lawyer wants. We have been kicked out of our home that we resided in for over 10 years and are struggling to make it now becuase he rubber-stamped everything they wanted. They are selling the home and will pocket the money. His court is a kangaroo court for sure.

They will all one day stand before the highest Judge of the Universe and will give an account as to why they have stolen from a helpless widow and her fatherless sons.

My husband, myself and my daughter were denied reunification with my daughter. She is currently under guardianship and is with my mother in law who has an abusive history andI is a serious mental case. He told us we had to move to California from our life in Texas if we wanted her back. I have an 11 month old that has been raised here. We have friend's that are like family here I can't uproot our life like that. Its crazy to ask someone to do something like that! Let alone a family!He says my daughter is thriving at 2 years old where she is. OK? Well my son is thriving in a loving home too but has his parents raising him together.Texas would favor Lianna being home with us. This asshole doesn't know what its like for her or for us. My mother in law sent me a photo which the court investigator Pedro ramierez said could be faked and didn't send to Murphy, But its a pic of my daughter and step father in law with my daughters mouth on an opened beer bottle she was 5 months old! And it was beer! They drink everyday and she was denied an alcoholic free home? Why? Why my daughter? Why did he deny her us? She is our baby! Where do we go from here? I have never seen such and unfair judge if you can call him that.

A very unfair judge. It appears the lawyers and him are in bed together to rob our family estate. He disregards all of our evidence and this needs to be exposed to the public.

He makes major decisions that effect peoples lives, that can effect families forever without letting evidence of the innocence to be provided and explained. I believe the attornies and judge are preplanning the steeling of property of the innocent . He makes a major decision by what one lying attorney says without any proof of what he said was true or not. He appears to be nice and sweet but his agenda to steel peoples estates is quite evident as he disreguards proof and legal codes even presented in written form to the court. It's like he has never read what was presented.

Judge Murphy is not a fair judge. He doesn't look at all the evidence of truth. He is very discriminating towards his cases.
