Judge Reilly is a fantastic civil litigation judge. He will fairly grant cause challenges where warranted. Stay calm and respectful and counsel for both sides will have a fair opportunity to present their cases.

ex-naval officer, long-time civil defense. Follows trend of requiring more details be pleaded in complaints re demurrer practice. Would be positively affected by well researched, well written arguments in which negative case law addressed ad argued to be not persuasive.
