Comments:
Judge De-Witt is a great bench officer who always takes the time to prepare for her cases, which is why things can be slow. She is almost never inclined to remand a Defendant to custody, despite repeated violations of OR conditions; however, I respect her decisions regarding OR and Remand because she does not have a blanket set of criteria during her analysis. Judge De-Witt's heart is in the right place in the sense she wants to help a person who is at a bad patch in life. I have yet to see how Judge approaches a situation with a repeated offender who just does not care. I wonder if she will try to help or just throw the book. In any event, LASC is fortunate to have Judge De-Witt and I think she would make an excellent Article III or Federal Magistrate Judge.

She tricked me into believing she actually cares about justice. What a schmuck I am for daring to believe that Judge De Witt was a decent Human Being.

Judge De Witt is fully aware - SHE KNOWS - that the previous judge, the despicable liar Guillemet, illegally ruled on my habeas petition - and did so a full 100 days after I filed that Habeas pleading - which is 10 days past when any Los Angeles County Kangaroo Court judge had any authority to rule on it. Judge De Witt just doesn't give a damn. Judge De Witt doesn't give a sh!t about JUSTICE or LAW. She would rather cover for the liar Guillemet and just ignore the very obvious violations of my rights. Judge De Witt Doesn't Care About Violations of the Law By Her Fellow Judges. She Ratifies That Wrongdoing. Judge De Witt Doesn't Care About The Constitutions of the United States or California - they are merely toilet paper to wipe her ass with. Judge De Witt has the same level of character as her peers on the Kangaroo Bench: Non-existent.

Comments:
Unlike most of the judicial officers in the Los Angeles County Kangaroo Courts, Judge De Witt actually reads the pleadings, so at least there is that. However, her pro-prosecution bias is so apparent, I would recommend they actually shift the judge's chair over to the prosecutor's table. My case has been continued repeatedly due to the judicial incompetence of the two previous judges assigned to the case (Judges Gilbertson & Guillemet), the lassitude of the prosecutor, and COVID-19, but the very first and only time my public defender asked for a brief continuance because they were just assigned to the case, Judge De Witt suddenly gives a damn about how old my case is. Why can't Los Angeles County Kangaroo Court judicial officers actually do their jobs and do so in an unbiased manner?

She is a former federal prosecutor and it shows. She is beyond slow and gets hung up on the stupidest stuff. Pack a lunch - you will be there ALL DAY!
