Litigant

Comment #: CA52794
Rating:1.0
Comments:
Fuller ignored law re owner move-in requirements, filed UD. Appeals court reversed citing "abuse of judicial discretion" by Fuller and that "there was no basis in law for his ruling." Became homeless and still am due to this horrible man who should not be allowed anywhere near a court.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA40605
Rating:1.7
Comments:
Hearing for Motion to Vacate in an Unlawful Detainer was granted by a substitute judge based solely on the amount of errors in the Plaintiff's filings. Back from vacation at the Hearing, this PoS judged in favor of the Plaintiffs, WHO DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER SHOWING UP. Burden of Proof? Preponderance of Evidence? Sociopath.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA34773
Rating:Not Rated
Comments:
Disregarded undisputed testimony, awarded monetary damages not requested in complaint, refused to issue a complete statement of decision; granted motion for summary judgment in spite of disputed issue of fact. Case is now on appeal
