She is in love with her power and loves to berate you endlessly just because she can. She constantly interrupts attorneys when they are trying to make a record. She is also the worst at a settlement conference. She has ZERO skills to settle cases.
ABUSIVE, MEAN -spirited. Needs to be removed. JUDICIAL MISCONDUCT to the HIGHEST DEGREE.

She is the WORST! Does not have the child's best interest at all. She would rather hand a child over to the abusive parent, even after finding clear evidence of domestic violence, instead of awarding sole custody to the parent who has done everything right to raise the children and has never abandoned them. Garrett is disgusting for turning a blind eye to DV, subjecting innocent children to the monster that is, the abusive parent. May she go to hell for this. I hope one day, this type of judgement happens to her own children's children so she can feel the pain that she has inflicted carelessly to many other mothers and innocent children who are suffering daily due to her poor decisions and lack of good judgement.

The WORST judge ever. Does not listen or look at proof but instead is biased. She continues to not put the children's best interests as a priority. A continued failed family court system is what we continually see in California and other states. Experts and researchers have reported that many custody courts fail to acknowledge DV or child abuse, and are often driven by myths of alienation. This judge fails to understand the implications of DV for children and parenting and awards unfettered access or custody to abusive or unfit fathers.

Horrible Horrible Horrible judge and lack of family law. She a homewrecker and doesnt care about the innocent kids in the situation. She has a mad tone and seem like she doesnt wanna be at work and take it out on the respondent. Dont bring any proof or evidence because 99% of the time your going back home with it unlook at. Waste of time and taxpayer money to have this person as a judge. Everything that was being accuse on the other party she went along with. The respodent have no say so what so ever. Run if you see this person as your judge or in the court room. Bias at its best. Seem like she side with one side once your enter her court room. Just a horrible person to be a judge. She use her power of justice because she can.

The judge is bias. On the restraining order ithe petitioner commited perjury in the court room by lying on the document form that was file. She deleted her part of the text and just show my text. when i try to ask the judge to look at my eveidence she did not want to see it or even listen to the audio death threat the petioner left me. the petitioner even admit that i never threaten her with a gun when on the form she put down i threaten her. no evidence what so ever and still grant the person who commited perjury a restraining order on me. she doesn't care to look at whats actually there but go by one person point of view. i wasnt allow to speak because the judge would interrupt me. i pay my taxes and this is what we pay for. my innocent kids suffer because what she is doing. this is not justice but more of a siding with the women. she need to be out of office.

This judge is a terrible person who have no respect for the rules of law. Family law supposed to help family but all of her actions and judgements tears family apart. The only persons that suffer are the innocent kids based on her decision. She doesn’t go with facts findings but hearsay’s. She has no compassion. If you ever go into her court house with evidence, the chances of you going home with it uncheck is super high by this judge.

She DID not look at any facts and proof. She judged from hear say and allegations. LACK OF WISDOM in EVERY way and di not rule on the best intrest of my 3 year old son. Bias at it's best! This lady IGNORED brusing he returned home with and ordered 24 straight days away as a punishment to me. She will most likely retaliate because I posted this. She is the worse judge I have ever seen or heard.

This judge is ruining lives of innocent children and families. Her WISDOM as a judge should not be trusted. It is rather sad that Newsome even appointed her to be in such a sensitive area of judging when this lady has shown no respect to the people who come in the court, she has shown biasness, unprofessional in many areas, lack respect but wants you to give her all the respect, she lacks compassion, and she does not go with facts. I wish I had followed my first instincts the very first time I saw her in Long Beach court house. The lady was inpatient and made a statement of me getting over it and yelled no to me upon trying to state my side. Then had the audacity to hold her hand up as to no don't speak. UNBELIEVABLE that she is even in the position and to think that Biden (the President) may bethinking of putting her in the Appeals Court. I am not surprised to see others feel the same. What I am surprised at is that she has only been in Long Beach Family Court about one year and people are taking this approach. That's an average of one complaint per 3 months and that is just because of the 1% of us that knows and/or research. Sad, sad, sad....

The judge presented as very angry and made the environment very hostile.
She presented as bias toward the respondent and dismissive of the petitioner. She'd admitted that she'd already had her mind made up prior to the hearing and begrudgingly listened to the testimony of the petitioner. The judge presented as uneducated and dismissive in regard to the effects verbal, emotional, and mental abuse thus stating that the petitioner needed to get over the problem and that all information provided presented only as elements of a dysfunctional relationship that needed to end immediately. The judge used the petitioners profession, as a Mental Health Practitioner, as a reason to determine that the petitioner had no right to be concerned about the respondents erratic behavior. The judge told the petitioner that she needed to use her own resources to deal with the matter rather than seek the court's support. Petitioner admitted to feeling unsafe and fearful of the respondent but the judge retorted that feeling "uncomfortable and inconvenienced" was not enough to indicate Proof of Burden for DV. No DV case should be heard by her.

This judge has no family law experience. We had a final judgement in a case we ended up with three lawyers. I told the Ex-parte on this case was dismissed however she readdressed when it was dismissed months prior. Cases in family law should not be heard in this court she has no experience.
