You cannot have a worse judge. I filed a motion for his recusal after he kept continuing my motion to remove monitoring for 3 years. This guy ruled on his own disqualification motion (automatically lost jurisdiction). He does not know the law, and he does not respect the law either. File for 170.6 immediately before you lose the chance.

Paper Giza no matter what side you're on. Lazy. Dumb (does not know the law; does not follow the law). Only skims the papers minutes before taking the bench (late). Shoots from the hip - usually wrong. Although he decries lack of civility from counsel, he always favors the lawyer who puts on the act of being "righteously indignant" and who accuses the other side of foul play, regardless of the facts or the law. He should not be a judge.

Do not risk having your case infront of him. Use the 170.6 immediately or you will lose this power after the first hearing is called.
He has zero respect for the Rights of parents or children. He makes orders that are unlawful, and then changes his own orders at will for the benefit of the attorney that he 'favors'. I filed complaints against him, and still trying to get rid of him.

If you are the husband or father my advice is to immediately file a peremptory challenge on him. It must be the FIRST thing you do as you only have one shot. Honestly pelman and Kaufman seem to be from the same bs book of Improper conduct.
I would change and say BEFORE answering or responding or petitioning think about why you want to have one person who works In a for profit environment make sole and improper unsupported rulings especially when he as the rest have complete immunity and out of the 8,000 complaints in califique last year three judges were disciplined and one took an early retirement. Yup bc we have a fair and just system. Don’t hire a lawyer, don’t appear respond on paper sent by certified usps that the court must show where they have juristiction over a man. Let that resonate for them a bit. I’m gonna file a complaint with the counsel of judicial performance. Email we should all file get that fucker out. He doesn’t deserve to wear that costume. He’s clueless[Redacted by ed.]

Judge Giza is a smart, even tempered judge. He reads papers and pays attention. His court room is very slow, but otherwise, I am always happy to be assigned to his court.

He is totally bias , misogynistic and racist. He told me on a contempt motion , my alimony was modified aleatory by the other part that the next time I file he would punish me, I was defending my rights and it’s constitutional. Then he realizes that I file an appeal against him and he said to the assistant in court don’t write what I just said.
He knows the other party law firm and has Finantial relations with them and he did not recused himself. In a RO file the same day I accused the other party to stalking me as far as Spain. The judge delay the hearing until the afternoon, the wife of the other party showed in court minutes before the judge review the stalking.
He offered to the other party maybe yo review another day to my surprise they said not we will do it today and he pulled his passport. Who goes to court with the passport??? The wife delivered to the other part. The judge must comunícate to the law firm. He was in Spain but the judge said no the day that I said. The judge said I don’t give you credibility even though the other part was within a week in Spain. [Redacted by Editor]

As a family law lawyer, I am pleased to say that Judge Giza READS the pleadings. He is mindful and does not allow for the games in his courtroom (after he learns the case).
I hope he stays in family law as we need good judges in the home courts.

Misandrist, infantilizes women, won't protect male custody rights, refuses to acknowledge his own bias. In high conflict cases where women refuse to exchange, he blames the men.
