Comments:
Too bad she didn’t hear my case. I was impressed with the way she handled other cases before mine. She actually insisted that the other party follow the rules of court and appear by Zoom or in person. Unfortunately, this meant a continuance.
I admire her professionaism.

Unfortunately, I did not get to have my case heard by Judge Dollard. The other party tried to “show up” by phone and Judge Dollard refused and continued the case. I was disappointed as she seemed fair, even-handed, stuck to the rules and she seemed compassionate (which is rare n a judge). From observing hos she handled other cases, I would give her high marks.
