Firstly, I would like to bring to your attention the behavior exhibited by Michelle L Kazadi.
Throughout the duration of the proceedings, l have observed a consistent bias, rudeness, and prejudice displayed by her. It is disheartening to witness a lack of empathy and concern when it comes to the evidence presented by a domestic violence victim.
I firmly believe that Michelle L Kazadi does not prioritize the well-being and justice for victims of domestic violence. Instead, it appears that she favors the opposite party without any substantial evidence. This raises serious questions about her impartiality and adherence to the principles of justice.

Unprofessional, rude, biased, incompetent. Favors certain attorneys she knows. Her cases should all be investigated. Discriminatory practices that has detrimental life time effects on the lives of children. She should be investigated by the CJP, and even criminally since some of the things she has done are illegal.

Very bad. Very incompetent. Does not understand Rules of Evidence. Does not understand best interests. All the judicial temperament of a falling crowbar. A horrible example of an individual who should never have responsibility for other's lives. Paper this monster immediately. The Judicial Council should be ashamed to have Judicial Officers like this on the roster.

Roudelazy don't care about best interests of child at all.dont care about evidence.

If you have any chance to change this judge do so in a heart beat for the sake of your children.

Wow. Where do I even begin with this judge? She is so inexperienced, so lazy, so biased, so rude. She will have zero sympathy for whatever case you have. Optics are everything for this woman. She will allow almost anything that shouldn't be allowed in court- such as bickering, giggles, rudeness, snarky comments by opposing counsels, etc. But when you ask for recess or rescheduling or anything common/normal, she would roll her eyes and get nasty with you. She will never remember what she said before so make sure you get your transcripts. She is extremely rude and ignorant. She does not care for the written motions as much as she cares about the evidence/arguments in court. This judge needs to be GONE. Please. (Restraining order matter).

Worst Family Law Judge ever. Run away from hour courtroom. Lazy. Does not read any papers. If your case involves complex issues, discovery, or needs brains...run! She is biased. Her feelings dictate the outcome, not facts or law. Her rulings are not in the best interest of the children. They wreak havoc in people's lives and children's lives.
