This Judge does not know anything about Family Law or what the best interest of the child means. He gives legal advice to the party he favors and doesn't take Domestic violence protective orders seriously. He seems to think everything is funny because he giggles a lot. It's so weird. I have never seen a Judge giggle so much and at such an inappropriate time. Parents and children are walking away heartbroken and he his just giggling about everything. His rulings are reckless to say the least. He does seem like a nice person but he does not have a clue what he is doing in in that Robe. Very scary. Disqualify this Judge if you get him. He needs more training in domestic violence and family law. He is experimenting with children's lives. CCP 170.6 Him if you want a more competent Judge.
