Litigant

Comments:
Never seen anything like it. She refused to relate a case, despite it involving the same parties on the very same issue(s). It was only when another judge, and his clerk, from downtown Los Angeles, actually got on the phone and told her (and her clerk) that the matters are in fact related (if they actually read the complaint) and that the case pending in her department was the lead case....then, she decided to relate the case. Not the best representation of judicial officers, or litigation fairness, in Pomona Courts..at all.

Her ongoing theme is to defer and continue, anything to avoid making a decision. She won't even decide on the basics: We have a case that's going to trial, and despite 2 un-opposed motions, she hasn't seen fit to dismiss unserved defendants (they were unserved for 3 years before the pandemic.) I have never encountered a judge this incompetent.

Dumbest, most unprepared, lack of knowledge and incompetent. Has absolutely no knowledge of the law.
Laziest judge I have ever seen. continues everything so she does not have to read it. It seems like now they are transferring her back to West Covina
Where ever you put her she is INCOMPETENT.

Sounds like the preferred party who believes the rules don't apply to him. Seen his type in her courtroom on more than one occassion.

As a paralegal with specific experience in Pomona South, it is clear to me that Judge White-Brown has little regard for fundamental due process. A very selective application as to who may be heard and why.

Comments:
My 44 years in all divisions of the justice system, Judge White-Brown's condescending bias is on display. Quick to issue erroneous rulings and sanctions without basis, if she sides with your opposition. Of course she'll get rave reviews from her preferred party.

This judge can't make a decision and continues repeatedly. It appears that her research attorney decides the cases. That being said, she is pleasant, just not particularly competent.

Comments:
Very good and conscientious judge who lets counsel essentially handle their case without intervention as long as courtroom decorum is observed.
