Amazing Judge! I learned immensely within my time in his courtroom!

Hon. James E Oakley has violated my Constitutional rights when he told me that he found sufficient evidance against me to grant my Ex spouse a temporary restraining order without telling me what these evidance were. Also, He told me to turn in my firearms without serving me with this restraining order. So Madera County has taken my guns illegally without serving me with anything. Totally Illegal. Due to the fact that I'm a middle easterner and he is white and my Ex is white so it makes sense now. I decided to file a law suit against Madera county.

Had a contempt trial years ago. Although I had an order signed by Judge Morrison (Humboldt) this was challenged
as perhaps not a valid order. The DA
claimed to have no memory, but I did.
[Judge Oakly disclosed he had performed the marriage ceremony for the DDA.]
While the ruling may have been OK, he
stated "No wilful failure to honor a VALID court order." Funny thing, I had used his office (before his judgship) to cut and paste the order, which he didn't know, but his secretary who helped me & I did know. So the Order perfected in his private practice office, and was a valid, signed order.

Years later the law was clarified in City of Garden Grove & we were correct before our time. No problem I always liked Jim.

Judge Oakley is a good judge; however, sometimes he permits attorneys to keep arguing. This creates the impressiion the last attorney talking wins the argument, even though tht is probably not the case.
