Judge Copeland heard my small claims matter.
She is fair, respectful, and more importantly, follows the law. She is well seasoned judge.

I wish more of the judges at SCC Courts were like her.

Comments:
Watched her handle my case and several others. Favors certain people. Raises things that the other party doesn't disagree with and that only complicate or shut down the process to getting prompt resolution. Fax filing system that is often busy and even after finally going through, the court claims only partial delivery. No phone staff available to the litigants no emails returned. Argumentative and short. Mistaken on key legal issues.
