I, too, love this judge. Very fair, compassionate, not a rubber stamp for the prosecution.

Comment #: CA4313
I have listened to his opinions, and watched his reluctance to let me represent myself in propria persona. He looked at my credentials and told me, quite appropriately, that calling 9-1-1 was an abuse of emergency services, and he used the equivalency of "What you did was like a Code Red in Vietnam." Well, as a veteran and former 91G20 (Social Work Psychology Specialist), who listened to soldiers both as a part of the mental health services and as a professional therapist, he was right! So, three cheers for this man and his equanimity, and I imagine he is more comfortable chatting with his golf buddies than he would be with an ex-GI.

I love this judge. Just a pleasure to appear before. Very even tempered and willing to listen to both sides.
