Rating:9.3
Comments:
Overall, I found Judge Margines to be thoughtful, reflective. and even-handed in judicial temperament. He is generous to a fault with the time he expends on careful deliberation and decision-making in the matters presented to him in law and motion. His judicial demeanor is the hallmark of euridite jurisprudence. Similar to Judge Makino, he is very adept at discerning the important issues, and is not afraid to embrace monetary sanctions as a means of encouraging discovery cooperation. In addition, he willingly accepted innovative proposals for resolving impasses that imperil trial dates and resolution.

Comments:
Surprised to see one high rating. This jurist is egotistical, very wedded to what he apparently believes is his own style, bordering on rude, and not very smart in law and motion matters. I thought he would grow from past experiences, but it has gone the other way.
Very weak judge, which matches input I have heard from others.
