Honorable Kirk is fair. She is thorough and expects you to be prepared. She has no bias and is guided by the law, not the broad interpretation that Family Law judges often take too far. She is not an activist, she is not pushing an agenda. She is interested in happy children living happy lives, and couples who don't work out to not blame each other.

I'm proud of Riverside County for electing her and bringing a good balance to the court.
