The Appeals Court is going to have to hire more staff to handle the caseload after people start appealing his bonehead decisions. After reviewing the transcript and the filings, I have to wonder if he was even in the same courtroom. (Even though he gave me what I asked for, his pretense that he was doing me a favor offends me.)

One of the reasons I generally favor OC Central over LA Central these days. He's one of a sizeable group of very fine judges presiding at OC Central. Why LA Central is top heavy with an inordinate amount of terrible judges is beyond me.
