2016-2017 case - One of the least prepared and dare I say “dumbest” judges I have ever appeared before. Complained about how much research her clerks had to do and made her upcoming vacation plans an issue. Some motion rulings influenced by sympathies rather than application of law. Complete wild card. If there was a silver lining, it’s that the parties’ sheer lack of confidence in her abilities drove the matter to early settlement.

This judge spends more time talking about how overloaded/overworked she is, and talks about her personal problems more than she does her job. She doesn't care about the truth and the law. She should retire now , to spare a lot of people from being hurt and for justice to prevail. Everyday she is on the bench is a waste of tax payers money. She is terrible at her job. Our system is broken because of judges like her.

She allows extreme illegality and criminality in the conduct of her courtroom and when confronted with it, blows it off like it didn't happen. Arrogant to the extreme. Non-judge-like temperment and personality of a pig. Avoid her courtroom at all costs.

Decides cases based on her sympathies about the parties and not based on the law. In more than a decade of practice I have never received a more frustrating and disconcerting ruling. Losing is not the issue, but losing when the judge flat out ignores the law is. Quite simply a terrible judge who has no business being on the bench.

Comment #: CA5397
Her vacations are more important than listening to the case. Any Judge stating that he/she needs you to argue quickly because they're on vacation in two hours, should not reside as a judge, she has just violated the oath of her office by not listening to the cases properly and has cleared her docket intentionally without integrity, dilligence or regard for the injurious. A grate unjustice has been born into Dept C6; "$$$Judsters Arena$$$" DOCKET ROCKET!!!

Comment #: CA5267
When a Judge takes the bench to a new department, one would not think she would start out in speech, "Everyone, you have two-hours to get your arguments in before noon, because I'm going on vacation." Clearing the docket to go to vacation is unethical, and a miscarriage of justice within the system. Section 6068 clearly defines what is expected from Counsel and Judges, I believed in the system to honor their sworn oaths, but I was wrong, vacations are more important. 170.6

She doesn't apply the law to the cases, because she doesn't read the material. IF it involves the Banks, she wants to make sure that she is getting her share of the stolen money. Another day at work, have them steal for me, and I'll let them keep it, if I get my cut. Gotta pay to play. Business as usual...

Comment #: CA2676
She is never prepared and lets the disabled suffer. They must show up repeatedly to court. Their board and care is left in jeopardy.

Judge Schulte is a hard-working judge who effectively handles her courtroom. She is always prepared, familiar with a case, and ready to rule. Judge Schulte is fair and tolerant.
