In my observation, and experience I feel she is stern with ones that need it, and fair with the ones that just don't belong in that courtroom. She is a just judge I believe. I will keep you posted as I continue to defend in her courtroom.

Had my grandson removed from school, and taken by CPS, because his mother would not keep him from his father, because of an argument they had had, even though his mother said that it was an overblown issue. It took us two days to get him back and CPS said there was no reason for this!

Disabled Vet charged with felony and out of custody. Judge Clark thinks he makes too much money on disability and won't appoint counsel. She is forcing him to hire someone or go pro per. On two occasions he has brought proof of quotes from attorneys...he can't afford it. She tried to bully him into signing a Faretta waiver...he stood his ground and did not sign. She has given him one final chance and gave him an ultimatum...hire a lawyer by the next court date or he "BETTER" have the Faretta form signed. Truly unbelievable.
