This judge just rubber stamps everything the DA wants. He doesnt listen during prelimns. Just rubber stamps the DA. He will never give a Defendant any benifit.

This judge is either wholly incompetent or he is corrupt (or both) and colludes with the other Riverside County Superior Law Court employees and third-party vendors. My story is long, however, in short Frederick Paul Dickerson III is responsible for the destruction of my family and the blanketed parent alienation meted me by him and my kidnapping ex-husband. His order to attend a 730 Evaluation with a since removed Psychologist called Robert Suitor further traumatized myself and my children and has caused irreparable harm to many in the years that he was allowed to adjudicate his reign of terror amongst good hard-working Riverside County parents and citizens. I am appalled that the Riverside County Superior Court System has been able to sweep Dickerson's poor behavior and vile adjudication under the rug year after year. I will spend the rest of my life telling anybody that will listen about the abusive adjudication that my family and I were subjected to by this Court System as a whole.

Disturbed judge. Has anger issues and a huge ego. Can't believe he is allowed to be a judge. He doesn't apply the law and is bias. Make sure you file a 170.6 to get him removed from your case immediately.

Did not look at me did not want to hear from me my son was falsely accused of street racing with brain injury the Da presented to the jurors that he caused brain injury the friend had some bruising around the brain he and the other friend went on to college to play basketball one in the pros now the college they all said the same story they was cut off the video support there story the they still proceeded with trial and in the middle of trial with a new judge the jury was dismissed my son and his 2 friends statement are missing from the report we will be protesting on the 29 for The FA to drop this racial profile case very very bad judge

He did not make eye contact because he was rushing a case to trial without listening to a black woman and Asian man. When the case went forward, the jury that was picked was dismissed and before that the public defender was relieved of duty. Bad judge.

Does nopt know all the rules in divorce proceedings when being brought back for alimony modifications.. a man does not have to work 70 hours a week to pay a women to sit on her but and not get a job fulltime.. no kids... man brings home 1000 for two weeks women brings home 1200 for two weeks but no change of cercum stance its BS..
He needs to here the full case and get updated that a man can only and opnly per cal law work a 40 hr work week not 70 to pay alimony
