I am appalled at the lack of effort in which mandio illustrated when hearing both party's arguments. Bias does not begin to describe the responses coming from supposed Judge mandio. He MADE my side prove each and every alleged violation in which opposing party was guilty of committing. And although each violation was proven mandio did not so much as acknowledge the fact that the opposing party was blatantly lying by denying the allegations, let alone that the opposing party was most definitely guilty of violating custody and visitation order on multiple occasions. The opposing party in my case has been even more careless in following the courts orders now seeing that there are no repercussions. The further erosion not only to my child's development but to parenthood as a whole can be attributed to so called judges such as

He is not honorable at all it's because of judges like him the system is a failure he doesn't stick to his word and lies he gets upset anytime someone calls him on his lies and broken promises idk how he can still be a judge

Judge Mandio has lost the reason for being a judge and is not for true justice. He could care less and wants the easy way out. He doesn’t take his job seriously and He needs to retire.

Mr. Mandio is one one the hardest working most honest me I have ever had the privilege of meeting. If every man had the same moral fiber as this man there would be no need for judges.

Most likeable and truly moral, down to Earth judge in Riverside. I would be suspicious of anyone that does not like this man. Excellent trial judge, a little pro prosecution, but as acquittals occur in his courtroom, I think he will change too, and become even better.
