While on the Juvenile Dependency bench, Monterosso fails greatly. This is a court to protect children and promote safe and healthy families but all Monterosso cares about are his paychecks and it is more than obvious that he literally hates parents no matter their innocence or guilt. Whatever county counsel wants, Purnell gets. This man does not sustain any objections by the defense attorneys, as his lips are constantly puckered for Purnell. He also lets the oounty falsify evidence and he has the clerk change to minute orders. I gave you a fair warning.
