Criminal Defense Lawyer

Rating:5.5
Comments:
Judge Thierbach made a clear error in case RIF147001 and sent an innocent man to prison.

The case is discussed in the blog 1108propensity.blogspot.com or by googling Jeff Duffett.

He misquoted the law, seemed to have no understanding of president setting cases dealing with propensity evidence and misunderstood the defense argument.

I was a juror in Judge Thierbach's court recently, and I thought he did a fantastic job. He seemed right on top of everything that came up, and kept the trial moving smoothly. Excellent temperament, and was very friendly, courteous and respectful to the jury.
