Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA10406
Rating:10.0
Comments:
I had the opportunity to read the one other rating of Judge Earl and could not disagree more with the comments. Judge Earl is hard working, concerned about doing a good job. She knows that she is in charge of the courtroom and earns her respect through how she treats everyone in her courtroom. While she did not have a lot of civil experience at the time that she was my trial judge, she took the time to be well prepared and understand the issues presented to her. I would find it a privilege to try a case in front of her at anytime the opportunity presented itself. She is another example why Sacramento has for the most part and excellent set of judges presiding.

Comments:
This woman is very biased. Not a good judge. Will not be fair or evenhanded to any defendant. Just another politically-motivated judge. Just another example of CA's horrendous bench.
