Although I am not any attorney, I have worked in the legal industry for more than 20 years. In that time, I have NEVER encountered a worse officer of the court (keep in mind, he lost his title of Judge, and was made, instead, a “Commissioner). His rulings are most often unjust and senseless, and he is most certainly biased against those appearing in pro per. Not that anybody has a choice, but say a prayer and keep your fingers crossed that you are not assigned to Commissioner McBrien in Department 125 at the William R. Ridgeway Family Relations Courthouse in Sacramento, California!!!

He should be removed for what he did to the Swede. He's know as the Hanging Judge of Family Court.

I believe this Judge, needs to have a physc evaluation. I have watched him for nearly a decade. The man is clearly out of control, and has no morals. not a noble man, as the dictionary used to describe attorneys, judges, and other legal professionals.

Doesn't listen - he's rude- Seems to be pro female in decisions.Leaves you feeling he has predetermined his decision based on personal bias or favoratism

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Just awful as a judge, very temperamental, makes bad rulings.
