I am not totally sure she actually read the Oath of Judicial Office completely because she didn't seem to follow it at all. She allowed the defendant to speak out offensively against the petitioner and seemed to support his behavior by also lashing out at the petitioner. She was very unprofessional. What she doesn't know yet is the defendant is a Sociopath and dangerous just like Ted Bundy, so I guess Ted would have fooled her too. I am very anxious to see if she can be honorable and correct her mistakes in the upcoming hearing when she finds out how she was manipulated.

Judge Ure is part of the inner circle club. Her proceedings in Restraining Order hearings are consistently slanted to the defendant if they have counsel present. She does not listen to the plight of the plaintiff with an unbiased mind. She will walk through her proceedings and leave the victims in a shambles if the defendant has enough money to retain counsel. Sit in on a few days and see what I am talking about.

Unfortunately, we seem to have lost her to juvenile court. Judge Ure is smart, tough and independent. She will rule correctly and will not tolerate silliness or dishonesty from counsel. For example, I once saw her take a DA's head off for misstating the severity of a defendant's criminal record. Hope she comes back to us.
