I dont know him nothing personal.
The judge and the presecutor knowing that the officer affidavit of his actions were wrong file after the date of the citation by not letting me know of the new date even though i was there and i even call for an extention and after the date of the citation they file then he puts a warrant . 2 years later i discover a cover up

Brodie is vapid and a blight on the Court. He's ethically compromised and doesn't even attempt to hide his prejudice. This guy isn't only on the bench because his granmaother was well-know. If your case is assigned to this clown, file a petition for a new judge immediately - it would be hard to do worse or find a less intelligent jurist.

If J. Brodie does not like you case, in our matter, defense, he will find a way to rule against you. Takes the easy way out. In our case, he announced denial of co-respondent's motion to quash even though it was scheduled 2 months away and was not before the court.

His pro prosecution bias is obvious. Criminal defense lawyers should never meet in chambers before trial to discuss the case: If there are any In Limine issues that might help defense he will, if necessary, research and/or contact other judges before taking bench to figure out some way to deny motion. Don't give him extra time to figure out how to shaft your client.

No attorney, regardless of Prosecution or Defense, Plaintiff or Respondent, could do better than Judge Kyle Brodie. He cuts no corners, will research any issue, is probably the most intelligent and delightful judge on San Bernardino's bench. But SMART and fair, beyond the norm. Wonderful sense of humor and humanity.
