Judge Pacheco ruled against me, but I was extremely impressed with his adjudication. He had read my ex parte brief very carefully even though it was only filed the day before. He asked very thoughtful questions. And he was very kind.

Judge Pacheco needs to sit down and judge himself .
He has manys personal issues with himself any one come to his court room if he likes that person he is nice polit fair he dose every things
For that person he will so caring dose not matter petition or defenders man or woman
he will be impartial if he likes that person
If he dose not likes some one he will break the law with his power he will use his power till break that person very unfair very careless he dose not care about people's life phyical pain after injury people's suffering he gives more emotional pain .he never read the brife he always ready to gives Marcy to the person he likes he is not pay attention to detail any time person get close to the point to prove he close up the hearing some times he send the court attended to leavev the court very disrespectful judge.
His Ruling is not even close to consiution of law.
Iam very dispointed that's way he unjustified people's he must know unfairness ruling put big impacts to people's life .
He is responsible
Legally and morally
About people's life .

Judge Pacheco is world class. He is fair, impartial, and caring. Just as my wife and I thought all hope is lost when our lawsuit dragged on for almost five years. Finally our case was transferred to Judge Pacheco. Simply amazing! God bless judge Pacheco.

Judge Pacheco is bias against women. I believe someone in his life (a woman) got half of his earnings and when He became a judge, this gave him the opportunity to give men everything.I'm sad someone had to die to see how much of a demon this man is. Pacheco deserves to rot in he'll like he put us women through. Great writtens!??

Judge Pacheco made a default judgement against me even though the proof of service by mail was dated 1 day prior. Then he promptly switched divisions.
I've tried to set aside/vacate 3 times personally and with 2 attorney's. All to no avail.
Judge Pacheco's negligent ruling has cost my daughter and I 8 years and counting.

Judge Pacheco is a former, excellent plaintiff lawyer and his move to the bench has been welcomed by most trial lawyers. He has an excellent temperament, good knowledge of the law and a very good grasp on evidence.

Judge Pachecho is a nice man. However, there is much to be desired as far as intelligence goes. In the two times I have been before him, he has grossly failed to follow the law, but only because he is not smart enough, in my humble opinion.

Mr. Sunil Bhasin was lying to the court during default prove up. Judge was patiently listening to him and at the end he denied the Judgment with a smile. I have never ever seen such a scene in my life time. Amazing Judge. I think there should be a TV Show for this Judge. Matured Judge. OMG I loved it. I was Defendant and Cross Defendant in this case.

Although he is a very even tempered judge, and generally pleasant to be before, I don't think he (or his staff) can grasp more complex/nuanced arguments. Perhaps this is because he was the UD judge for quite some time.
I've had defense cases in front of him and he seems to give the plaintiff every single opportunity when it seems clear to me that no cause of action was there. Example: gave plaintiff 4 chances to amend his complaint which wasted time and money.
