This judge is not only incompetent - but for a judge on the bench for so long, it is unfathomable how such an expperienced judge could have such a lack of understanding of civil litigation, and ridiculous how he is inclined to hurl insults at attorneys when their arguments before him prove that his initial tentative was incorrect.

Such judges/people have no place in our judicial system, because he does not administer justice, whatsoever. His is a disgrace to the bench, and his career has done a great disservice to the communitity and to the reputation of the legal profession.
