I had asked for a settlement conference in the fourth case caused by the other side. He said he read my brief, but I had to state the facts to him again, and they didn't seem to matter: he still hammered on me to give up everything and the other side would give up (what they weren't entitled to). Although I had enough evidence for terminating sanctions and a default judgment against the main perpetrator, in the end I gave in. He seems impaired to some extent: he had difficulty keeping the parties and their counsel straight and couldn't find his notes he had just made in conference with the other side. They were all men, too.

Black -robe syndrome. He will not view any evidence, If he does it will not be for anything more than a gloss over. He denied my request to have my son interviewed/heard for abuse by the other party. He said that there is no proof that my concerns were true, and so this is why I wanted my child interviewed. I believes he favors men. He told me that I have been against the other party the whole time although we came to a partial agreement- I have joint legal custody with sole physical and he gets our son 3 weekends and all holidays except fourth of july and its only started due to my child support filing. I asked for a modification until my son was interviewed. No change made and hearing is set for a few months from now.

I have attended several cases by Judge Williams proving fairness, discernment, and objective rulings giving both parties a fair chance at justice. If you feel your ruling was unfair than ask for a reconsideration or file again and explain your circumstance. Make sure to present your evidence. Judge Williams does listen and is objective in his rulings.

Didn't have substantial evidence to change my childs school but yet he changed it even though the mediation paper work stated mother agreed to the school, child wanted to continue in the school district she was in and now I have 3 kids in two different school districts and I have to be in the schools at the same start time. He said figure it out but I am primary parent. where was the best interest of the children. she visits her mother once a week. His decision has caused a possible quitting of a job to keep us from losing our kids to keep them on time to school and not fall as negligent parents. his choice is bias because he lives in alta loma.
