Birkmeyer knowingly and willingly denied due process to families, allowed attorney to suppress favorable evidence while accepting fabricated evidence from opposing side, denied witnesses and right to be heard. Terminated services and parental rights based on a summited police report that was false. and allowed social worker to commit perjury. All of this is completely documented.
