I really like Judge Prager. He is fair, hardworking and always prepared. I tried a bad faith case in front of him and he was terrific and ran his Court really well. He also has a great demeanor and manages to dispense with lots of discovery issues by essentially telling you at the ex parte how he intends to rule if you bring the motion and the facts are as presented at the ex parte.

Prager is an honest judge. Had several cases with him. On one, he busted my jobs, but was fair. On the other case, he was very fair.

I think Judge Prager is brilliant. I think he's even handed. I've won cases and lost cases in front of him. I like him. He is a scholar of the law.

Pro-Outcome Determinative Judge, as even admitted in Court by Judge Prager. Now, I can honestly state that I am openly biased against Judge Prager having been sanctioned by him. However, in order for Judge Prager to sanction me he had to completely ignore the 21 day "safe harbor" period under CCP 128.7. Therefore, I assert Judge Prager represents the worst type of adjudicator - outcome determinative.
Justice means, at a minimum, "even Niggers deserve equal application of the law". While I am certainly a white nigger attorney that offends virtually everyone, including the Judges I appear in front of, I am still entitled to an equal application of the law. We are supposed to be a country of laws, not men and Judge Prager openly ignores that fundamental precipe.
Judge Prager is, in a word, a tyrant and he will bend or break the law to reach his desired outcome. Moreover, Judge Prager is very egocentric, has no ability to admit fault or change his tentative rulings and believes he serves a higher purpose (true "blue-blood Judge). He will reach his desired outcome law be damned and bury it in legalese. Play to his ego, don't piss him off and you'll be fine. There is a obvious reason Judge Prager is not longer assigned criminal cases and has never been considered for an appointment to the U.S. District Court despite his extensive judicial experience - bias & prejudiced.
