Civil Litigation - Private

A complete biased judge who thinks highly of himself. He should spend more time evaluating the evidence presented in his court room rather than patting himself on the back with the books that he writes. I will paper him from now on.

Lazy Republican. No thanks to all who have gone before for failing to warn about this guy. Doesn't bother with "justice", and is "fuzzy on the whole good/bad thing"; rules of evidence are merely academic; pursues a shamelessly biased agenda; hides it poorly behind the whole "donations" angle, but it's a transparent veil at best. You aren't getting a "judge", you are getting trash

Very sharp, and diligent. An excellent trial judge.

fails to see the big picture, often lost in the details and has little judicial sense about case management. Flip flops on issues so keep arguing no matter the ruling or how many times he has ruled.
