Judge Alva should be remove from the bench as most of San Joaquin County judges. He uprooted kids out of their home saying chronic homelessness instead of referring parents to housing for emergency housing assistance. Parents wasn’t homeless at the time he removed them either.

(Redacted by Ed.) This judge took my brother’s kid for chronic homelessness even tho that’s not even criteria for removing kids in California. That’s illegal and I want him to answer for it. He put my 10 year old niece in a group home, got her labeled 51/50 and won’t let her parents see her. Now her dad died and we can’t even tell her.
