Tried a complex civil case. He was prepared, knew the issues, displayed excellent knowledge and application of the evidence code, and kept the case moving. An outstanding trial judge.

I had him as my divorce judge. I know that you think I am just upset over his decisions but I felt harrassed, discriminated against, and pressured. I lost my truck because he refused to look at the paperwork showing it was seperate property. He pressured me into giving her more money when we already had an agreement in place that HE had approved. And, he also let the other side take money from me in a garnishment that I showed with paperwork that I did not owe by giving them over $1000 more. I do not believe that he showed an even fairness in my case.
