Comments:
Judge Harman was a deputy district attorney and a criminal judge before becoming a civil judge a few years ago. Despite some concerns among the civil bar, she learned civil law and evidence very quickly and became one of the better civil judges in SLO County. She runs her courtroom efficiently and is courteous to all who entered her courtroom, unless you push too far and she'll let you know you've crossed the line. It will be nice when she returns to the civil bench. She's a good judge.
