This judge does not know a thing about the laws which govern the court she presides over. She fails to read the reports and evidence filed on the cases she rules on- a fact she admits to in court! This leads to her deciding who is telling the truth based on her own narrow-minded prejudice opinions, which are usually wrong. She ignores testimony from people she doesn't like, assuming they are untruthful, despite evidence in court filings that corroborate their testimony. But she is blissfully unaware of the true validity or falseness of people's testimony since she doesnt read the filings. Also, she treats the courtroom like a criminal 1 at times (being uninformed on juvenile law), & is inconsistant in the way she applies penalties & makes orders. Her paucity of insight into the nature of domestic violence, issues which juvenile courts often encounter, has dangerous consequences for the survivors of DV (both mother & child). She is inclined to ignore the issue all together, dismissing its impact on the mother & child, placing children in perilous situations & penalizing mothers. She is also oblivious as to the impact her court ruling has on families, ignoring the stresses it creates. When her orders lead to negative outcomes with the child, she is quick to blame the parent & reduce further, or even eliminate contact altogether between the non-offending parent & child. This judge is destroying the very fabric of our country- united we stand, divided we fall. when families are torn to shreds by Judge Etezadi & ignorant judges like her, our nation loses its moral compass, its guiding light, its safety nets. A nation full of orphans is upon on us. Thanks Judge Etezadi. You are the reason why our country is crashing & burning.

Judge Etezadi is very unsophisticated and has extremely limited abilities. It is a shock that she is a judge. This is what happens when the voting public gets to choose judges. She was a prosecutor for twenty years and they put her on the family law bench with no experience in family law. Trust me, use your challenge, any of the other judges will handle your case better.
