Comments:
The presiding judge seem to be a good person as the demeanor but the emergency order during the pandemic made the judge to be one of the bad guys.
The pandemic closure and the problems arouse in the community is ignored. The judge order extended the holding time for arraignment from 48 hrs to 5 days, right to release 10 days to 30 days, speedy trial 30 days to 60 days and the bail schedule never changed.
The supreme court of California ordered $0 bail and the court was listed as "Pandemic Schedule" but it did not.
The judges are arrogant, out of touch with the real world and only care for the revenue for their retirement from people's miseries.
