Definitely plays favorites, and plays loose with the law. In fact, doesn't care what the law is. When told by an attorney he lacked personal, in rem, and subject matter jurisdiction, he literally said "we'll deal with that later on" as if challenges to jurisdiction can be put off.

Yet another person who violates his oath of office when assuming the robe of a judge, he's also a historic racist, saying 1/3 of all births in Santa Barbara County were undocumented people looking for free medicaid, as testified to the US House of Representatives in 1998.

This is factually wrong, and racist. He is a disagrace to the California Judiciary.

Short tempered and shows a definite biase against self representing parties in his courtroom. Is not interested in justice but moving his calendar as quickly as possible.

Does not uphold litigants constitutionally guaranteed rights, does not uphold the laws of California, does not act in accordance with court procedure, will not assume judicial authority but delegates it to third parties not accountable to the court, drags out cases for one year or more by her inability to make a decision, does not uphold the rules of court, panders to certain attorneys consistently even when her decisions if favor of these attorneys and their litigants have been over turned by the appellate court, lacks the ability to focus and recall the issues currently present before the court, makes significant decisions based on hearsay with no evidence to collaborate, discriminates against women, in particular women objectively viewed as attractive.
