In my opinion this judge deserves the title of the Honorable Judge Franklin Bondonno. I say that because he researches the clients and defendants in front of him. I say that because he's not overly influenced by the prosecution or threatened by them the way they threaten every other judge. He's also man enough to stand up for what he believes - He comes to his own conclusions Based on the facts and evidence before him . he's an excellent judge . He's an impartial and neutral referee. He does his best to establish justice and to stop manifest injustice . I give him the highest marks a man can give because he's earned them in dispensing justice in front of my own eyes.

He is an excellent judge! He respects citizens' Constitutional rights. As the world knows, that D.A. in Santa Clara County acts "above the law" most of the time. I had one of the four most unlawful D.A.'s, John Schon, and this judge dismissed all the police reports against me because of violations of Terry Stop and the doctrine of position tree. (I have an M.S. in C.S., but now I study laws to protect myself.)
