Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA10586
Rating:2.3
Comments:
limited exposure to this judge but sufficient information I can say that he rendered an opinion that overreached to essentially include a personal attack on myself as counsel, whereas he didn't have 90% of the background facts due to attorney-client privilege. Nor was he willing to allow submission of those records via sealed filing. He assumed facts and was not interested in considering actual facts. My experience leads me to automatically 170.6 this individual who has been on the bench a long time.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CA7826
Rating:6.9
Comments:
Disinclined to make any effort at MSC. Very plaintiff oriented, in both construction defect/subrogation trial and personal injury trial. Gave plaintiff every benefit in pretrial motions and trial evidence. Very conservative judicially; unwilling to make reasonable extension of existing law.
